About
The creative behind the studio.
Hi, I'm Elle.
I've been behind a camera since I was a teenager.
I began with a photography apprenticeship in high school, eventually operated my own studio, and spent years developing the technical and creative skills behind professional photography.
Then I stopped.
Not because I stopped being good at photography. Because I stopped loving it. Producing the same kinds of portraits over and over had turned something creative into a production line.
In the years that followed, I built a career in business consulting, marketing strategy, branding, and helping businesses figure out how to communicate what makes them valuable.
Studio Saults brings those worlds back together.
Today, I approach photography and video differently. I'm less interested in putting every client through the same formula and much more interested in figuring out: what could we create for this business?
Sometimes that's photography. Sometimes it's video. Sometimes it's an entire campaign. And sometimes the best ideas don't fit neatly into a package at all.
That's usually where things get interesting.
What that means for you
Creative ability. Production experience. Business intelligence.
We start with the business
Before the shoot, we talk about your audience, your goals and where the content will live.
Nothing is cookie-cutter
The process is standardized so it's easy to work with us. The creative never is.
You get assets that work
Every deliverable is sized, cut and chosen for the place it's going to be used.
Need something completely different? Good.
Not every project belongs in a package. Tell us what you're thinking and we'll build the production around it.
